Conditions by Design™️

stop the chaos

Before life forces you to stop

For over two decades I've been exploring what helps people reconnect with themselves. Not through fixing, but through creating the conditions where change can happen naturally.

Whether I'm guiding private experiences, hosts retreats, speaking, or designing workplace wellbeing, my work begins in the same place.

creating space to breathe

When we slow down we begin to hear ourselves again.

WHy This work exists?

I didn't arrive here through one career

I arrived through many.

Interior design taught me how enviroments shape behaviour.

Massage taught me how stress lives in the body.

Yoga taught me that stillness can be more powerful than striving.

Grief taught me that sometimes people don't need answers.

They need space.

Every fragment was always part of the whole.

i just couldn't see it yet.

Where it began

From loss to legacy.

My eldest was playing in the lounge, her little giggles carrying through the room, while my newborn slept nearby. I stood at the sink, tears streaming down my face as I “ugly face” sobbed, and everything seemed impossible.

Only a few months earlier, I had lost my mum while three months pregnant with my second child. The weight of it all was crushing. She was meant to be here, to share in the joy, to hold the baby she had been so excited about; she adored my firstborn. In that moment, grief struck hard with piercing questions I didn't know how to answer: How will my girls ever know her? How will they feel what she felt?

The idea of not seeing her was heart-wrenching.

The answer came slowly, then all at once, undeniable; if my daughters were ever to know her... her deep strength, her love, her knowledge... it had to come through the way I lived, what I taught them, and the energy I carried.

That realisation cracked me open. It demanded that I step up. I did not feel capable or even worthy of achieving this monumental task at her level. I did not feel like I had it in me.

That moment became the blueprint of everything I teach.

I had to start deeply paying attention to what my body needed, to my spirit, my health, and my purpose. It meant creating the woman I wanted my daughters and my son to see.

This work was born out of loss, yes... but also out of love. The kind of love that chooses to transform pain into purpose and create a legacy of strength, vitality, and flow.

Sometimes, the essence we long for can only reach the next generation through us.

Nothing was separate. Everything was preparing.

My background was in fashion. I had an eye for line, proportion, and the way shapes work together to create something beautiful. That instinct for seeing how disparate elements come together into something cohesive, has never left me. It simply found new forms.

Life layered itself the way life does. I raised a family. I lost my mother while expecting my second child. I navigated a complicated relationship with my father. I became guardian to my brother, a role I held with love for many years... (until I lost him too earlier this year).

I had moved to South Africa with a young family.

Through every chapter, I kept returning to the body.

To yoga based movement.

To practices that helped me hold what was heavy.

Returning to the UK, I built a thriving practice as a massage therapist. Then came yoga teacher training, not to teach initially, to understand. To go beneath the surface. To learn what was actually happening in the body under every breath, every movement.

When my daughters left for university, I went to study again. A Masters in Architectural Interior Design. My final project brought everything together in a way I hadn't expected, the transformation of a brownfield site into a wellness retreat studio. Taking something broken and abandoned. Reimagining it as a space where people could come home to themselves.

I didn't fully understand then what I was doing. I just followed the pull.

The moment everything became clear

The fragments were never confusion.

They were the map.

01

FASHION & STYLE

An eye for how shapes work beautifully together. How what we wear reflects who we are, and who we are becoming.

02

SPACE & ENVIRONMENT

A Masters in Architectural Interior Design. Understanding how the spaces we inhabit hold, or hinder, our wellbeing.

03

body & moveMENT

Yoga, somatics, breathwork, massage. Three decades of listening to what the body knows before the mind catches up.

Then one day

I was being held in a room full of leaders.

The feeling was overwhelming, not in the way I feared. Something settled, in that settling all the fragments came together as a whole.

I remember hearing myself say:

"The umbrella was coaching, it was all part of becoming the person you are meant to be."

In that moment, everything made sense.

Every area I had explored, style, space, movement, nourishment, nervous system, purpose, was a fragment of the same whole.

When our fragmentation comes into alignment with what we truly wish for, we stop just coping.

We start to thrive.

This is what I now guide women through. Not a single method. Not one modality. The wholeness that emerges when every part of a life starts to speak to every other part.

When the body feels safe, hormones settle. When space supports us, we think more clearly.

When our style reflects who we actually are, we carry ourselves differently. When we nourish rather than deplete, intellectually, socially, physically, we stop fragmenting and start flowering.

This is wholeness.

For a long time I couldn't quite see how it fitted in together. Fashion design and wellness. Interior design and coaching. The body and built environment. The nervous system and the clothes we choose. It felt fragment, like I was carrying pieces of a picture I couldn't quite assemble.

The Philosophy

Wholeness is not a destination.

It's a returning.

We don't become someone new.

We stop abandoning who we've always been.

Rest

Pampered Mind & Body has always been about so much more than a bath, a massage, or a facial. It's about what truly supports wellbeing, in real life, in real bodies, across every dimension of how we live.

Surface level work doesn't touch the deeper stuff. The stuff you feel in your breath. In somatic movement. The powerful questions that gently reveal unconscious patterns, so you can choose differently.

When we find balance in our bodies and minds, our hormones start to naturally balance and become happy. The body is not broken. It has been waiting to be heard.

This work is for high achieving women who have already tried the self help, the coaching, the productivity hacks, and still feel something is missing. Something that lives in the body, not just the mind. Something no single modality has quite reached.

It's about ease. Freedom. How you get to live. Not what you should want, what you truly want. If you feel the pull, you'll know.

10 years of pampered mind & body

This brand has never been static. It has grown, shifted, and evolved instinctively, the same way we are meant to.

Fashion . Yoga . Massage . Human Design . Ayurveda . Architectural Interior Design . Coaching

One thread running through all of it.

Helping women come home to themselves.

I followed my intuition before I had a clear destination. I trusted the pull without needing the full map. 2026 marks a decade, and the work has never felt more alive, more whole, or more true to what it was always becoming.

The Journey

The Person Behind the work

Over the years I've come to realise that people rarely arrive because they need more information.

They arrive because somthing inside them already knows it's time.

My role isn't to tell them who to become.

It's to help them hear what they've been unable to hear beneath the noise.

The work remains the same

Expose what's leading.
Unravel what no longer serves.
Support the transition into what’s next.

Beyond the work

You’ll usually find me walking by the sea, exploring beautiful spaces, sharing meals with the people I love, or quietly planning the next retreat.

I believe some of life’s most important conversations happen around a kitchen table, on a woodland path, or while watching the tide come in.

My work has become an extension of how I live.

I no longer separate the two..

Where Would You Like to Begin?

You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.

Sometimes the first step is simply recognising it's time to create a little more space.

The goal isn't to become someone new.
It's to stop abandoning who you already are when life asks something different of you.

If thats where you are I'd love to welcome you.
